What do Simon on the Streets do?

We'll let them tell you.

We offer emotional and practical support to our friends on the street, our 'Clients', who we target due to their multiple complex needs.  Sometimes they are not meaningfully engaging with any other service.  They have lived incredibly tough lives, often rooted in childhood trauma, and they remain ostracised and at risk as adults.

We are the last port of call for those who have slipped through the many nets that are set to catch us should we fall. Our clients are those who you see on the streets, head down, hoping for your loose change.  They are very often victims of verbal and physical abuse.  This extends to how they are portrayed and misunderstood by the media and popular culture.
